How quickly will I receive my images?
Standard delivery is within five business days via a private, password-protected online gallery. Same-night highlight delivery is available on request — ideal for corporate events where your marketing team needs assets while the event is still trending on social media.
Do I own the photos after the shoot?
Yes. Every collection includes full image rights. You can use the images for social media, press, advertising, and internal communications without restrictions or additional licensing fees.
What areas of Los Angeles do you cover?
We cover the entire greater Los Angeles area including Downtown LA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Anaheim, Pasadena, and Orange County. Travel fees may apply for events more than 50 miles from our Anaheim base.
Can I add a second photographer or videographer?
Absolutely. Additional photographers can be added to any package. Videography — a two to three minute cinematic highlight film — is available as an add-on for $2,000 on the Half Day and $3,000 on the Full Day package.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Our Short Day package at three hours is our minimum booking. For trade shows, conventions, and multi-day corporate events, contact us for a custom quote tailored to your specific coverage needs.
What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment?
Nothing. Our Zero-Fail Redundancy Protocol means every Master Photographer carries two cameras, two lenses, and two flashes. We have never missed a shot due to equipment failure — and we never will.
