1. Do you use bright flashing lights? We want to keep the mood intimate. We are masters of “atmospheric” photography. For intimate dinners or candlelit receptions, we utilize the Canon R3, a state-of-the-art camera with excellent low-light capabilities. This allows us to capture crisp, grain-free images using mostly natural light. If flash is necessary for very dark venues, we use off-camera lighting techniques to subtly enhance the room without blinding your guests or killing the vibe.

2. Will the photographer be distracting during speeches or ceremonies? Absolutely not. Our team uses silent-shutter technology, meaning our cameras make zero noise. Whether it is a heartfelt toast, a prayer, or a Mitzvah service, we document the moment without the distraction of a constant “click-click-click.” We pride ourselves on being non-intrusive storytellers.

3. How soon will we receive our photos? While the industry standard for private events is often 30 days, we deliver your fully edited online gallery within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive high-resolution digital files that are ready for social media sharing or printing immediately. We also offer same-night highlights for an additional fee if you want to post while the excitement is fresh.

4. My venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Do you have one? Yes. We carry $1 Million in General Liability Insurance, which meets the strict vendor requirements of top-tier venues like The Resort at Pelican Hill, The Ritz-Carlton, and Montage Laguna Beach. We can issue a COI to your venue coordinator within 24 hours of booking.

5. Do you photograph small events like birthday dinners? Yes! We believe every milestone deserves to be documented. We offer a Short Day Package (3 Hours) specifically designed for intimate birthday dinners, engagement parties, or showers. You get the same “Master Photographer” quality as our large events, just scaled to your timeline.

6. Do we get to keep the digital files? Yes. Unlike photographers who force you to buy expensive prints to see your photos, all our collections include full high-resolution digital files with full print rights. You can download them, share them with family, and print them wherever you choose.

7. Can you provide video coverage as well? Yes. We offer Event Video Coverage to capture the sights and sounds of your party. We can produce a polished 2-3 minute highlight reel set to music, perfect for sharing on Instagram or keeping as a family heirloom. Video packages start at $1,500
